Placing an Order

Orders can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week on Nava’s Designs web site. On-line ordering is simple and convenient. Click the “Add to Cart” button from any product page on the web site and then follow the instructions. You can also email your orders to store@navasdesigns.com.

Payment and Sales Tax

Presently, Nava’s Designs accepts credit card payments from Visa and Master Card.
Because Nava’s Designs operates in California, we are required to collect 8.25% sales tax on orders shipped to a California address. Those who live outside California will not be charged sales tax for orders placed on Nava’s Designs, but should consult applicable tax laws in their state.

Terms and Conditions

When you complete the Nava’s Designs online ordering process, you agree to all of the terms herein. Shipping time frames reflected in product descriptions are based on estimates. Nava’s Designs reserves the right to amend product information and shipping schedules due to changing conditions and product discontinuations. In the event of a shipping delay, Nava’s Designs will notify you promptly, and cannot be held responsible for shipping delays beyond estimated delivery times.
While the Nava’s Designs team works diligently to ensure the safety of all products, Nava’s Designs cannot be held liable for accidents resulting in personal injury that involve a product purchased on the site.

Shipping

All our products are typically shipped via ground service with UPS. Items shipped via UPS should arrive within 5 to 7 days of the lead time noted on the website. If your UPS item arrives damaged, please retain all packaging materials and contact us via email to store@navasdesigns.com or by phone at 1-818-988-9050 within one week of delivery to arrange for a replacement.

Returns/Exchanges

Our custom-designed bedding and accessories are made-to-order and require payment in full upon order, and cannot be returned or exchanged.
If however your are having any problem with the manufacturing quality of the product we will be more than happy to repair or exchange the product for exactly the same item that you ordered. Simply call us within 10 business days of receipt of the item and we will issue you a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and shipping instructions, which are valid for 10 business days.
Upon receipt of your approved return, we will repair your item or ship you exact the same item that you ordered in exchange.
If you return an item after the 10 business day window, without a RAN, and/or Nava’s Designs suspects an item has been used, the merchandise will be shipped back to you at your expense.
Please note: All sales on discounted and sale items are final.

Cancellations

Nava’s Designs products are made to order one at a time. For this reason, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel your order after it has been placed. If you need to cancel your order please call us ASAP (within 3 business days of placing your order) at 1-818-988-9050 and we will attempt to cancel your order. If you order has already shipped, please see our Returns policy for further instructions.
